Blac Chyna Wasted No Time Intervening After Her Daughter Dream Pointed Out An Insecurity, And People Are Emotional

“This is so important considering both sides of Dream’s family are/were heavily in plastic surgery, so yes, build that baby’s esteem.”

As you might be aware, Blac Chyna — real name Angela White — has spent the past couple of years documenting her journey of self-improvement and growth.

This has partly involved her dissolving her facial filler, getting rid of her breast implants and butt injections, going sober, and stabilizing her coparenting relationships with her exes Tyga and Rob Kardashian.

Angela shares an 11-year-old son named King with Tyga and a 7-year-old daughter named Dream with Rob. Last year, she opened up about settling a long-running custody battle with her exes, telling Entertainment Tonight that she’d finally built a “strong” foundation and was in a “better place.”

“I’m in a better place,” she said. “Having a structure for me and stability for me is everything for me. Now everything else is going to trickle down because our foundation is strong.”

With this in mind, internet users were thrilled to see a heartwarming interaction between Angela and Dream going viral on X this week.

In the video, which has been viewed over 22 million times on the platform, Angela can be seen hastily comforting her daughter after she expresses insecurity about her appearance.

While Angela is brushing Dream’s hair, the little girl holds her hand up to her face and begins to measure her forehead. Angela immediately looks up and pauses before smiling and telling her daughter, “Dream, your forehead is not big. You have the cutest head shape.”

Angela puts her own hand horizontally across Dream’s head and tells her, “Four fingers is perfect. If you had two hands, you still would be cute.”

Dream smiles and says, “Who has a big forehead? I don’t; I have four fingers.”

Angela’s ability to quickly restore her daughter’s confidence has warmed many X users' hearts. One person tweeted, “This is so cute. The way she noticed immediately her daughter was about to develop an insecurity and quickly tried to erase it,” while another said, “This made me warm inside. Soft parenting when you experienced otherwise is such a powerful thing.”

“The way she immediately spotted her daughter seeking flaws and deaded that Right away!!! Angela is such a wonderful mum,” another post read. “She’s become confident in herself and passing it onto her children. From dissolving her filler to getting her implants removed. Love to see a mama encourage self love,” someone else wrote.

Meanwhile, other users pointed out that Angela’s response was especially heartwarming given her past toxic relationship with her own mom, Tokyo Toni.

If you didn’t know, Tokyo (real name Shalana Jones-Hunter) and Angela’s strained relationship was previously documented in the former reality series The Real Blac Chyna. The show documented horrific verbal screaming matches between the pair, during which Tokyo branded Angela “a disgusting bitch” and a “whore,” among other terms.

Last year, Tokyo mocked Angela’s self-improvement journey on social media. Months later, the pair made amends privately, with Tokyo showing up to celebrate Angela’s year of sobriety in September.

One person tweeted, “i LOVE when parents break the cycle of toxic traits and environment they grew up in.” Another said, “This is so important considering both sides of Dream’s family are/were heavily in plastic surgery, so yes, build that baby’s esteem.”

Go Angela!
