Going through some tough times but we will come out stronger for it.
If you’ve been wondering why we’ve been quiet lately, this will be a helpful watch. If your only interest is our workout videos, all you need to know is that we’re taking a temporary break in publishing in order to build some infrastructure and support around ourselves and our business so that we can better focus on creating content, and that there are more new workout videos, workout programs, website features, meal plans, recipes, and secret projects in the works and on the way.
