2 sweet onions diced
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup ground flax
4 tbsp coconut aminos
Process your sunflower seeds in food processor until powdery. Add in half of your onion and coconut aminos and process just a little so it forms more of a dough. In a bowl mix the rest of your onion and flax with the mixture. Spread out on parchment paper like a bread dough. Either dehydrate at 115 for 10-12 hour flipping after 5 hours or bake in oven on 300f 2 hours flipping after 1.
1/4 c walnuts
1 carrot diced
1/4 red onion minced
1/2 zucchini diced
Use whatever you like I used
Cashew Sour Cream
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
For you taco meat pulse in a food processor until well combined. Mix together your sour cream ingredients slowly adding in the water until you get the consistency you want.
Top your salad with taco meat and sour cream.
